That's how we've got the famous Black Magic and Dragon Fire burgers on our menu, but we've also got The Archmage's Favourite and The Black Lake Runaway, each with a delicious burger name. The latter, for example, is made delicious with freshly baked salmon patties, red pesto and a coriander-lime mayonnaise. But let's take a random look at the other ingredients we use in our Budapest burger.
One of these is the very impressive homemade black buckwheat, which involves a bit of magic and a good dose of squid.
