DIPA, or double IPA

Among the extremely fine craft beers available in our country, which are also internationally renowned, we would like to highlight the top-fermented HopTop - Ceylon Buddy Tea Infused DIPA beer, which has one of its special features: it contains more malt than usual, which makes it more distinctive in taste and alcohol content than other beers. DIPA is a much fuller-bodied drink than IPA, in fact it is also known as a double IPA, but this can be a little misleading as it does not have the ingredients doubled, strictly speaking. Beers with a stronger, more characterful hoppiness and higher alcohol content are called DIPAs, or double IPAs.
