Yes, magic, because we Hungarians can really work magic in the kitchen. Our recipes have been handed down from generation to generation, and almost every family has a unique twist, something special in the way they make beef stew, lecsó or even chicken with paprika. Spring renewal on the menu

Spring has also brought renewal - this time in our menu, with magical main courses, magical burgers and magic waffles, as well as new imaginative Hungarian-inspired dishes. For example, the Famous Paprikat, The Dark Magician's Feast, Werewolf Ragu or the Hungarian Thunder.

You guessed it: these are creative, magical names for a classic Hungarian dish. Since we've already mentioned some of the big favourites, it shouldn't be hard to guess what dishes are behind these catchy fancy names.
